Our Patients' Opinions Matter

Our patients deserve the safest, highest quality and compassionate care. To ensure we deliver on this belief, we measure the patient experience in many ways, including using feedback from patients to tell us what we can do even better.

That is why it is so important that our patients complete satisfaction surveys sent by a company called Press Ganey. The results help set our priorities. Because many hospitals use the same surveys, the results can help you compare our service to other health care providers and institutions.

We share our patient satisfaction data so patients and families have an accurate picture of our care. You may notice star ratings and patient comments on some physician profiles. Learn more about star ratings.

Based on feedback from patients and families, we are working to improve access to our care and reduce wait times, among other efforts.
