What We Offer
See pricing below.
- RPPA processing: Perform RPPA on samples received from customers
- Antibody validation: Perform custom antibody validation for RPPA
- Protocols for RPPA sample preparation: Provide standard operating procedures needed to extract proteins from cell lines and tissue for RPPA studies
- Primary data analysis: Use custom software to determine signal intensity, curve construction, and relative levels of protein expression and modification

Sample Report - Supervised
Sample Report - Unsupervised
- Protein extraction: Extract protein from tissue or cell pellets upon request for RPPA studies (additional charges apply)
- RPPA antibody lists: Provide updated list of antibodies for RPPA studies. Our current (Expanded) panel contains approximately 500 antibodies for human and mouse cell line samples and approximately 430 antibodies for mouse tissue/xenograft samples.
- Batch processing: To minimize costs, we batch process approximately 1008 customer samples in a set. We continuously accept samples and will place approved and received samples in our queue on a first come, first serve basis. We strive to process samples and deliver quality results to you as quickly as our RPPA platform will allow.
Please note submitters early in the queue may experience wait times up to 10 weeks; if processing issues arise (including sample collection, workload, equipment or software), wait times may increase up to 12 weeks. We will do everything possible to shorten the timeline while maintaining high quality data at a low cost.
Data Reports
- Each data report includes raw (Level 2), sample loading normalized (Level 3), and replicates-based normalized (Level 4) data and clustered heatmap (Level 4 CHM) data as well as two heatmaps (one supervised and one unsupervised).
- "Datasets" means how you want your samples grouped and your data split into heatmaps. You might group samples to make direct comparisons according to experiments, experimental treatments, cell lines, or sample types. For example, if you are submitting human and mouse samples, you might group the human samples in one dataset (dataset 1) and the mouse samples in another (dataset 2). Click for example of datasets
- If you submit mouse tissue or xenograft samples, mouse and rat antibodies will be excluded from your data due to the cross-reactivity of the anti-mouse or anti-rat secondary antibodies with the samples resulting in major issues with the protein loading correction (false positive results).
- We recommend a minimum of 3 samples in your submission as our data generation process uses median centering to produce your results. Please consult with us if you plan to submit less than 3 samples.
Pricing
Prices are per sample for a panel of up to 500 antibodies (for human and mouse cell line samples) and ≥430 antibodies (for mouse tissue/xenograft samples) and are subject to change. If an official quote is provided for a grant, we will honor the price quoted provided the quote is generated within 6 months of sample submission. If the quote is more than 6 months old or no quote was provided, the new rates will apply.
We provide up to 4 data sets free of charge. Requests for more than 4 datasets will incur a charge of $200 per additional data set (+ overhead where applicable). Any data set requested after the original data report is sent will also incur a charge of $200 per new data set (+ overhead where applicable).
