About
The Flow Cytometry and Cellular Imaging Core Facility — South Campus supports high dimensional fluorescence-based single cell analysis and cell sorting. ACSF is equipped 16 major instruments, including eight cytometry analysis platforms with cutting-edge, full-spectrum cytometry and 6 high speed cell sorters capable of more than 40 parameter single cell analysis and cell isolation. In concert with the Advanced Technology Genomics Core, ACSF offers single cell multiomics for sorted cells including targeted scRNA Seq, WTA and scAbSeq.
The Flow Cytometry and Cellular Imaging Core Facility — South Campus is located in the South Campus Research Building 2 (SCRB 2) in laboratories located within the Hematopoietic Biology & Malignancy department.
