About
The Flow Cytometry and Cell Imaging Core Facility at North Campus (FCCICF-NC) is located at the MD Anderson Main Building and has staff scientists with extensive expertise in multi-omics, multiparametric flow cytometry, cell sorting, confocal imaging (laser and spinning disc), multispectral imaging, live cell imaging, digital microscopy, multiplex immunofluorescence imaging, CyTOF mass cytometry and imaging mass cytometry. The environment provides an opportunity for peer-funded users to benefit from the broad expertise in cellular and molecular biology provided by facility staff and faculty. The core provides cutting-edge equipment and experienced staff to MD Anderson as well as the Texas Medical Center as a whole.
The North Core facility offers collections of reference books and protocols on-site, including hard copies of Current Protocols in Cytometry, many of which have been developed, tested and performed regularly in the core. With our experience in multiple cell imaging, cytometry and flow modalities, we specialize in multi-omics data acquisition and integration.
As a service laboratory, we are happy to assist our users, providing consultation and one-on-one training as requested. Please make appointments with our faculty and staff.
