Next-Generation Sequencing Via the Advanced Technology Genomics Core (ATGC)

Most sequencing services are performed through the Advanced Technology Genomics Core (ATGC) facility, and data is returned to SCGC.
Data Analysis Support
We provide pre-processing and QC reports; we preform initial analysis data and provide a report for each sample dependent on the data type. (The core offers processing for mouse and human samples. Processing of other species must be discussed and might require an additional cost.)
For long term analysis, we transfer projects over to the Bioinformatics Shared Resource to provide data analysis support.
Pre-processing and basic analysis included in all sequencing is done through the Single Cell Genomics Core.
Analysis support is discussed during pre-meeting consults with Dr. Anna Casasent, who will suggest possible collaborators or data scientists during the consult.
