• Presentation of potential protocol to CTL management team for feasibility assessment and translational consideration. We are available for appointments scheduled in advance on Mondays at 2 p.m. and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. for prospective trial consideration. Please contact Ms. Helen Cousby at hcousby@mdanderson.org for an appointment.  
• Protocol Document, Investigational Brochure or Pharmacy Manual to provide additional details required for us to assess our ability to process your product or provide services in our environment.
• Discussion regarding financial resources to support the services and creation of an itemized budget for the CTL. Please contact Kara McGee at KMMcGee@mdanderson.org or Suzanne Dworsky at sdworsky@mdanderson.org for more information and budget template.
• Clinical Service Contract/Materials Transfer Agreement/Non-Disclosure Agreement or Quality Agreement to maintain the confidentiality of the process.
