The Clinical Cancer Genetics Program at MD Anderson Cancer Center is composed of specially trained genetic counselors and physicians who work together to provide education, hereditary cancer risk assessment, genetic counseling and genetic testing, individualized cancer screening and prevention programs to people who are concerned about their personal and family history of cancer.

Genetic Counselors
Hiam Abdel-Salam, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients in the Breast Center and Genitourinary Cancer Center.
Gabriela Chen, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. Her primary clinical responsibilities include providing risk assessment and genetic counseling services to individuals concerned about hereditary cancer conditions.
Jessica "Jessie" Corredor, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor. Her primary role is to provide risk assessment and genetic counseling services to individuals concerned for a hereditary predisposition to breast cancer. She also has special interest in the impact of genetic counseling in the pediatric, adolescent and young adult patient population.
Molly S. Daniels, M.S., has been a certified genetic counselor in the Gynecologic Oncology Center and has been at MD Anderson since 2002. She has adjunct appointments as an associate faculty member at the UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and as a clinical instructor in Pediatrics at the UT Medical School at Houston.
Katie Huang, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients in the Breast Center and Gynecologic Oncology Center.
Susy Malca, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients in the Breast Center.
Andrew McKeon, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. He provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients at the League City location and in the Brain and Spine Center.
Maureen Mork, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor who specializes in counseling patients for hereditary gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. She is also involved in clinic research in hereditary GI cancers, with a special interest in early-onset colorectal cancer. She teaches and supervises students in the UT Genetic Counseling Program, and has also served as a thesis chair for genetic counseling graduate students.
Julie Moskowitz, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor within the GI Center. She received her undergraduate degrees (a B.S. in biology and a B.A. in sociology and social psychology) from Lehigh University in 2011 and her graduate degree, an M.S. in Genetic Counseling, from Long Island University in 2013.
Nadine Rayes, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. Her primary clinical responsibilities include providing risk assessment and genetic counseling services to individuals concerned about hereditary cancer conditions. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients in the Cancer Prevention Center. She is involved in supervising and teaching students from the UT Genetic Counseling Training Program.
Susan Reilly, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She received her B.A. and M.A. degrees in biological sciences from Binghamton University in 2014 and 2015, respectively, and her M.S. degree in Genetic Counseling from Long Island University in 2019. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients at the West Houston location and the Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital's general oncology clinic, where she counsels the county’s underserved population.
Donika Saporito, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients in the Genitourinary Center. She is involved in supervising and teaching students from the UT Genetic Counseling Training Program.
Rachael Shilbauer, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients at the Sugar Land location and Gynecologic Oncology Center.
Catherine Skefos, M.A., M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients in the Endocrine Center.
Autumn Vara, M.S., is a certified genetic counselor in the Clinical Cancer Genetics program. She provides cancer risk assessment and counseling to patients at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital's general oncology clinic, where she counsels the county's underserved population.
