Welcome to the Takahashi Laboratory at MD Anderson Cancer Center! Our research is dedicated to advancing the understanding of hematologic malignancies and their precursors by studying their causes, mechanisms of development and diverse clinical manifestations. We aim to uncover the fundamental genetic factors that drive these diseases and explore the dynamic processes of cellular heterogeneity and disease evolution by integrating state-of-the-art genomic and single-cell technologies with advanced computational analytics, to dissect complex biological systems at high resolution.
