Lo Laboratory

Welcome to the Lo Lab at MD Anderson Cancer Center! We seek a comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanisms controlling adult intestinal stem cell activity, cell lineage fate determination and tumorigenesis. To this end, we utilize a diverse set of modern tools, including 3D organoid culture technology, high-throughput screening, animal models and functional genomics. Our goal is to uncover novel insights into cancer development and translate them into the next generation of therapeutics.
