Life in the Lab
The Gubin Lab provides a highly collaborative and collegial atmosphere conducive to strong team science with a wealth of opportunities for individual growth. Lab members have the chance to learn cutting-edge approaches to investigate fundamental problems in cancer immunology, including immunological methods, protein biochemistry, flow cytometry and FACS isolation of hematopoietic/immune subsets, molecular cloning and molecular analyses, and mouse modeling of human immune diseases and cancers. Resources available to the lab include: superb FACS/flow cytometry facilities, SPF animal housing, cell culture facilities, fluorescent and light microscopes, computational resources and MD Anderson core facilities.
