Event Sponsorships

MD Anderson is unwavering in our commitment to work with charitable and non-profit organizations who share our goal to end cancer. We are uniquely positioned to make tremendous strides against the disease, but we know we can’t do it alone. 

One way that MD Anderson supports organizations is by sponsoring their events. We focus on organizations that benefit our patients and help us achieve our mission. Funding decisions are based on a set of criteria and availability of resources. Organizations do not have to meet all the criteria listed below to be considered for financial support.

We concentrate our support on organizations that:

• Are focused on cancer
• Provide services to our patients
• Help move our mission forward
• Support our outreach activities

To request a sponsorship for your event, submit our Community Services Request Form at least four months in advance of the event to allow adequate time for approval and processing. Please upload all event sponsorship information with your request. MD Anderson’s Charitable Expenditures Committee reviews requests monthly. Requests that involve contracts or were not budgeted may take longer. A member of our team will notify you of our funding decision.
