Training & Reports
MD Anderson Cancer Center is committed to proactively raising awareness of the dangers of sexual misconduct through various means to include numerous online courses/training. We offer ongoing education through annual campus-wide training that encompasses indepth information on Title IX, other types of Sexual Misconduct, Clery Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, and MD Anderson policies that protect against sexual discrimination and foster a safe and healthy learning and working environment.
Online Courses
The following online courses are available to be assigned. Please contact the Title IX office at EEOGroup@mdanderson.org or visit the Education Center for course assignment and information on additional courses offered.
- Employment Law and Practices Training (ELPT): Online training for MD Anderson students and workforce members
- Clery Act Training: Online training for all Campus Security Authorities
- Manual Reporting Sexual Misconduct Prevention at MD Anderson: Online training available to MD Anderson students and workforce members
Additional training opportunities are also available by contacting UT Police at Houston.
All Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, and those with authority over sexual misconduct investigations and proceedings receive appropriate training about offenses, investigative procedures, due process, and applicable MD Anderson policies, procedures, and resources. Current trainings include:
