Room Service

Patients can receive an extensive menu of fresh, cooked-to-order foods delivered to their hospital rooms, and tailored to the diet their physician has prescribed. Caregivers and guests of MD Anderson inpatients now have two options for ordering food.

How to order PATIENT meals:

Room service patient menu

• Orders can be placed anytime between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
• Place your order by calling 2-DINE from an MD Anderson phone line or 713-792-3463 from an external line.
• The Room Service Assistant will assist you with selecting menu items that meet your diet order.
• Your meal will be delivered to your room within 60 minutes.

How to order GUEST meals:

• Orders can be placed weekdays between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and weekend/holidays 6:30 a.m. -10:00 a.m.
• Place your order by calling 2-DINE from an MD Anderson phone line or 713-792-3463 from an external line.
• Payment via major credit card is due upon delivery. (No cash)
• Your meal will be delivered to your room within 60 minutes.
