MD Anderson’s Nellie B. Connally Breast Center is named for a fierce breast cancer advocate and former First Lady of Texas. With Nellie in mind, we strive to treat each breast cancer patient with personalized attention, the best diagnosis and treatment options, and follow-up care to maximize your life after cancer.
We are one of the largest breast cancer centers in the United States, treating 40,000 patients a year. This gives us a level of experience that is second to none. Our team of experts uses this knowledge to create highly specialized treatment plans for all types and stages of breast cancer.
MD Anderson’s approach to breast cancer is more than just treatment. The Breast Center offers genetic testing and counseling for women with a family history of breast cancer.
